you need to see your dentist

Reply:Go see a oral surgeon it sounds infected, I know someone who died from an infected tooth.
Reply:You want expert help - go pay an expert!!
Reply:That is odd, I would go see a dentist so they can do X-rays. I had a feeling like that before, although my teeth did not move or feel loose, and it was just my sinus'
Reply:Sounds like you are "clenching" in your sleep. You may need to talk to your dentist about a night time appliance that will remedy this. Clenching can lead to numerous problems later on down the road, my wife went through this just as you explain.
Reply:probably Bruxism

Bruxism is the medical term for grinding, gnashing or clenching your teeth. This condition affects both kids and adults.

Some people with bruxism unconsciously clench their teeth together during the day, often when they feel anxious or tense. Most kids who have bruxism — and some adults with the condition — grind or gnash their teeth during sleep, usually in the early part of the night. This is called sleep bruxism.
Reply:Sounds like you have a root canal.

Don't feel guilty- alot of times it doesn't have an effect on the way that youv'e taken care of your teeth- it's more having to do with the nerve endings coming up from the gums and into the teeth.

Basically the dead nerve tissue is removed and filled in .

Good Luck.
