My teeth hurt whenever I drink cold beverages. Why?

First, ill say I do use invisalign. My teeth still hurt, and this is the 5th day ive been using this tray. The pain usually leaves after the 2nd day. And my teeth never hurt when I would drink cold beverages. Why does it hurt? please help

Use a fluoride supliment, they act as a desensitizor. It is best to use a prescription fluoride, call your DDS and ask him for something. If he will not, try ACT.

Reply:your teeth are probably just becoming more sensitive. try using a toothpaste that says its for sensitive teeth. it will strengthen the teeth and hopefully you will be able to drink cold beverages without the cold feeling.
Reply:Maybe the movement of the teeth has created a very slight nerve sensitivity.
