leately i've been eating tons of cold stuff cuz it's so hot but recently my teeth started to hurt when I do...
what can i do?
My teeth hurt when I eat ice cream and cold water or cold foods in general what can i do?
Try Sensedyne Toothpaste. My friend has a problem like this too and this really helped her. If that still doesn't help i suggest that you go to the dentist and ask to see what they recommend. There are other kinds of toothpastes for sensitive teeth if you can't find this one. Just look on the tube and it should say sensitive on it. I hope this helps.
Reply:Brush your teeth with toothpaste made for sensitive teeth.
Reply:Using a toothpaste for sensitive teeth might help. Recently, I had an issue with some sensitivity, and as soon as I changed to a toothpaste for sensitive teeth, it really helped -- almost immediately.
Reply:that also happened to me once. Its cool, ur teeth will be normal soon if u stop wearing it down. Don't chew gun or eat any cold food for half a week.
Reply:brush your teeth more including your gums . your gums are very sensetive if it gets cold to much it could start to hurt
Reply:Buy a tube of Sensedyne. It is the best toothpaste for coating
sensitive teeth I've tried. I use it everyday. Try the gel, it's less
yukky than the regular. I think it's called, "Cool Gel". Not all
stores carry the gel, but I have found it at drug stores OK.
Reply:I agree with the other answers, use Sensodyne or another toothpaste for sensitive teeth. Also, use only a soft bristle brush. Next time you're at the dentist, ask him what else can be done. You may have worn down the enamel on some teeth and then you may need to have them bonded to protect the teeth from further erosion.
Reply:use sensidine (sorry for the spelling) it helps your teeth against cold products like ice cream ect. Use that toothpast for two weeks and your teeth should be fine
Reply:I sometimes have that same problem and a good sensitive toothpaste will help brush at least twice a day and in about a week or so your teeth should feel better.
Reply:your teeth are sensitive to cold things (it's common)
so either stop eating cold things, or talk to your dentist about it
Reply:You probably have sensitive teeth. There are toothpastes made especially for that. If the toothpaste doesn't help, see your dentist - you may have a small fracture/crack on one of your teeth.
Reply:It only means that you have sensitive teeth to cold things.
The same thing happens to me, i have seen my dentist about it and he said not to worry.
I'm not too sure if there is anything you can really do.
If you go to your dentist he or she may have a different opinion or they might know if there really is something wrong.
hope i helped you . ♥
Reply:YOU HAVE SENSITIVE TEETH ,YOU CANT DO ANYTHING ABOUT IT
